- Weekly cleaning service with fresh towels (for stays longer than one week)
The apartments are suitable for two persons. One apartment also has a sofa bed and is therefore suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (max. 11 years old).
The location has free WiFi and free parking spaces are available in front of the door.
Air conditioning and a washing machine are not available.

- € 80,00 per night, for bookings per month
- € 100,00 per night, for bookings per week
- City Tax and administration costs: € 3,60 per person, per night
Rates apartment 38 m2:
- € 90,00 per night, for bookings per month
- € 110,00 per night, for bookings per week
- City Tax and administration costs: € 3,60 per person, per night
Conditions:
- Minimum stay is one week (6 nights), maximum stay is 6 months
- Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to one week before arrival. In case of cancellations within one week before arrival, we are forced to charge 100% of the first period
- The deposit is € 250,00
