Fish

Fish

For fresh fish the place to be is Valk Versmarkt. The fresh fish is delivered here daily from our own fish wholesaler Van der Valk Vis at IJmuiden. The Versmarkt also offers a wide range of fried fish, such as cod bits, plaice fillet, king prawns and fish fries.

Meat

Meat

The farm of Van der Valk is located in Leiderdorp. Here we keep approximately 250 cows, 160 calves and 250 sheep. The animals are only handed over before slaughter, so that quality can be guaranteed. We also keep pigs and lambs for meat at our natural farm at De Gouden Leeuw. The chickens give an egg every day, which go straight to the Versmarkt for sale.
