There are more than 40 types of pancakes on the menu. We not only offer the classics, but also special 'world pancakes', such as a pancake with Peking duck, spring onion and Hoisin sauce, as well as the 'Go Nuts' with nut paste, banana, crumble, honey and coconut. The pancakes consists grains, oats, buckwheat and barley and therefore have a bit of bite and a lot of taste.
The restaurant is attractively decorated with various seating areas and original accessories. For example, take a seat on the pig stools by the fireplace or at the round table under the fancy lampshade with the nice paintings on the wall. The view over the nature farm, with the sound of blaring sheep and braying donkeys in the background, ensure a special visit.
We know you can always crave an ice cream. That's why you can get an ice cream in our ice cream parlor all year round! Our ice cream master provides 24 flavors of homemade ice cream every day. Making a choice is therefore a bit difficult, will you go for one of the familiar flavors such as strawberry, lemon or pistachio, or do you try one of the more exclusive flavors such as Salty Caramel, Kinder Bueno or Marshmallow? Either way, we won't disappoint you; they are delicious anyway!
On the 1st floor we provide a room that can be used for any occasion. The atmosphere of the room alone ensures that it will be a successful day. From a children's party to a family drink, from a company reception to a birthday lunch or wedding dinner: Tante Tokkie takes care of it!
There is plenty to do around the restaurant. Walk through the meadow and be surprised by the different animals that we have walking around. For example, visit the sheep or watch them being milked by the farmers. The goats, including the Nubian goats with cute lop ears, can be found in various places, even in the hayracks. The pigs are rooting between the ducks in the mud puddle and the mini-pigs Billy and Beer are walking around with the free-range chickens.
We keep the ewe lambs for rearing into dairy sheep. After they have given birth to the first lambs, the sheep can be milked for the first time. We process this milk into cheese in our own cheese factory. Did you know that you can make 1 kilo of cheese from 6 liters of sheep's milk?
If you are lucky you can watch the process from behind the glass wall during your visit.
