Hotel is open

The measures have been tightened up in the Netherlands, but we can happily continue to receive you for an overnight stay. The safety and health of our guests and employees are our highest priority. To guarantee this, we follow the RIVM guidelines and several measures have been taken. This allows you to enjoy a safe and relaxed stay in our hotel. You can read all about it on this page.

IMPORTANT:

Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.

Our employees wear mouth masks for your and our safety. We strongly recommend our guests to wear mouth masks in our hotel, except if you're sitting at a table.

It is important that you follow the instructions of the hotel staff members during your stay with us. Additionally, all guests and staff members at our hotel are requested to carefully follow the precautionary measures below:

Overnight stay

Every day professional cleaners clean our rooms and the door handles, besides (stair) handrails, lift buttons are cleaned several times a day. Our staff members wear gloves and wash their hands every hour.

Food & drinks

The restaurant

  • Our breakfast buffet is open for hotel guests from 7 till 11 AM
  • À la carte lunch is possible for hotel guests from 12 till 4 PM in our hotel bar
  • À la carte dinner is possible for hotel guests from 5 till 10 PM in the Valk Restaurant
  • Restaurant Upstairs is closed until the 10th of november
  • The Lunch buffet, Live Cooking buffet and Sunday brunch buffet have been canceled indefinitely

In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely, we have drawn up a number of guidelines:

  • Do you have any cold-like symptoms, including cold in the nose, runny nose, soar throat, mild cough or a temperature higher than 38 degrees Celsius/100.4 Fahrenheit? If yes, you are requested to stay home and not to come to the hotel.
  • You are welcome with a maximum of 4 people, unless you are from the same household. Per table a maximum of 2 people applies if you're not from the same household
  • It is not allowed to switch tables during your visit in the restaurant
  • At arrival, every guests should desinfect their hands
  • Arrows at our restaurant signal which way to walk and you are kindly requested to follow these
  • Keep 1,5 metres distance from our staff members and other guests
  • The preferred method of payment is by card or contact-free

Room service
Guests, who prefer to have breakfast or dinner in the hotel room, can make use of a delicious room service menu. We will then leave your ordered breakfast or dinner outside your hotel room.

Swimming pool

Our swimming pool is open for all guests. Please make a reservation beforehand. It goes without saying that the hygiene regulations, as described above, apply to the swimming pool as well.

Gym & Wellness

The gym and wellness are opened with limited capacity. Reservations are required for the sauna's.

Frequently asked questions

Can we eat at the restaurant again?
Only guests with an overnight stay are welcome at our Valk restaurant. Without an overnight stay, it is unfortunately not possible to come to the hotel until the 10th of November.
Restaurant Upstairs is closed for all guests until the 10th of November.

What are the safety measures you have taken?
We have taken quite a few safety measures. Our rooms are given a thorough cleaning, on a daily basis. We clean all door handles several times a day. We wash our hands every hour. Our restaurant has a new set-up, so that you have more space and there are fewer people, having breakfast or dinner at the same time. Part of this new set-up is a reservation system. On different locations in the hotel you will find disinfections columns that allow you to disinfect your hands, quickly and conveniently.

Can I book a room again?
Yes, you can! Did you know that our hotel has never been closed? You can book straight away and also make use of a number of fantastic packages.

Which amenities are available at the hotel?
The swimming pool, gym and Wellnes are opened with limited capacity.

Can I rent an (electric) bicycle at the hotel?
Yes, hotel guests can make reservations for an (electric) bike through our reception desk. Packed lunch can also be reserved through reception. Each hotel has fine bicycle routes (20/40/60 km) in the surrounding area – suggestions are ready and waiting for you.
